Our process

Pre-treat, wash, post-treat — every time.

Every surface on your community’s scope goes through the same three steps, whether it’s a sidewalk, a pool deck, or a trash enclosure.

STEP 01

Pre-treat

We clear leaves, rocks, and debris with a leaf blower, then apply a pre-treatment solution if needed. Rust and oil stain treatment available upon request.

STEP 02

Wash

Surface cleaners for flatwork and low-pressure soft washing for stucco, siding, and painted surfaces, so the surface gets clean without getting damaged.

STEP 03

Post-treat

A final treatment on cleaned surfaces to neutralize residue, lift any remaining stains, and slow organic regrowth, followed by a full rinse.

03

Runoff managed to code

Wash-water contained so nothing ends up in the storm drain.

Service options

One-time job or recurring rotation.

Per job

One-time & seasonal

Quoted per job after an assessment. Good for a pre-event clean, a post-construction wash, or a board that wants to see the work before committing.

Set rate per visit

Recurring rotation

Quarterly or semi-annual washing at a set rate per visit — lower cost per visit and a calendar your manager can plan around.
